Crimp sprayers
Crimp sprayers are fixed to the bottle by crimping a metal or plastic ferrule onto the neck, for example on FEA 15 necks. The result is clean and tamper-evident, but the bottle cannot easily be refilled, and filling needs a crimping tool.
Screw-on sprayers
Screw-on sprayers fit threaded necks such as 18/415 or 20/410. They are easy to fit by hand and allow refills, which suits small batches and refillable designs.
Collars and overcaps
Both types can be finished with metal-look or colored collars and protected with an overcap. Choose these with the bottle so the finish matches.
Which to choose
Choose crimp for a premium fragrance look and tamper evidence, and screw-on for flexibility and refills. Always check the neck finish of your bottle first.
